The food is brought out on a super-hot volcanic rock, which proceeds to cook your meal as you cut off small portions and lay them down on it. Very unique meal! This was at a place called Stone Grill.

Almost everywhere I had coffee in Vancouver they did some art in the foam like this. Nice touch. It’s the little things that count (once you accept that their coffee is better than most you get in America anyway).
